Torrent only downloading at 10 kb s

 · I am having this problem also. I have a Mac and Bittorrent version A week ago I was getting speeds of mb/s and this week a file will get to about kb/s and then the speed will plummet to kb/s within a few seconds. I have not changed settings in the program, but there was an update that I installed to Bittorrent a few days ago.  · Yeah but the thing is that I can download ubuntu from their site at Mb/s or download from other sites and updates for WoW and other games getting around Mb/s. The only problem when downloading is when downloading through Utorrent. All other types of downloading is perfectly fine. That's why I'm thinking it is an issue with Utorrent. There are a lot of Utorrent tweaks and settings for Windows 10, Windows Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows Vista which can make download faster, increase Utorrent download speed and you can make most of your bandwidth. So today I wanted to download a game from The Pirate Bay and found it and started downloading it. Two months ago while I was still using the old Internet provider my download speed was about kb/s but recently I changed the provider and had a download of 2MB/s and on my browser I get that download speed. This problem is going on from day 0 of launch of the game. But I was able to fully download the game once with my WIFI after days when the slow download speed was automatically solved and I got MBps speed. But my game files had to issues with it. So I thought of reinstalling. Big Mistake. Now I don't get more than 20 kbps speed my WIFI, BUT when I connect my PC to my mobile net I get.

If I apply a download speed limit to my download, regardless of the speed I put it at, it drops the speed down to about 1kb/s. If I remove the limit, it instantly jumps back up to my max download speed. I've even put the download speed HIGHER than my ISP's download speed and it still drops it down below 1kb/s.
