Cant download mods through vortex

This is a bit late but for folks in the future who are having the problems I was having I realized the issue I was having was that I installed Fallout 4 Script Extender as a Mod within Vortex but you need to install it directly into your game file, just download the 7zip file, unzip it, drag the contents into your fallout 4 game file and I was able to deploy mods with vortex You can install it through nexus if you change the install method, but manual instal is just much easier and faster.
